The boys dorms are closed off in the South Wing. In order to get into the hallways of the wing the boys have to enter a specific pass code. A four-digit number entered into a keypad that unlocks the doors.

The Odd numbered dorms are located on the left side of the hallway and their windows face Grenma Pond and Desdemona woods. The Even numbered dorms are located on the right side of the hallway and their windows face the Gardens and the Track.

There are three types of dorm rooms available:

• Normal - Has two beds, a bureau for the guys' clothing, a small kitchen area, a large mirror, but no bathroom.
  
• Suite - Has four beds, two bureaus for the guys' clothing, a slightly larger kitchen area, one bathroom, and a balcony.
  
• Connected Suite - Has three beds, two bureaus for the guys' clothing, a large kitchen area, one bathroom, and is connected to a similar suite by a small hallway, no balcony.
