Distinctive Marks / Scars: None
Tattoos / Piercings: A huge spiderweb on her lower back, plus the spider (you don't need to have unmarked skin to be on the good guys' team).Physical Description
While not generally skinny, or fat, Casey is spot-on average. She doesn't have a dancer's body, but she has the sculpt of a kickboxer. Training programs for those who want to work for the safety of others are usually intense and continuous. Because of this, Case's got the arms of fury, and her co-workers tend to make fun of her lightning-speed reflexes. This usually results in them being placed in one of Casey's headlocks. Case is just able-bodied with average stature, height, weight and build.
Her skin is pale, usually soft and burns more easily than it does tan. Not much of a makeup-wearer (she's a real chief policeman, not one of those cosplaying strippers you see in movies), Casey still puts on a shade of pink on her lips almost everyday, but no foundation, blush, cover-up, eyeliner, lip-liner, mascara, eyeshadow, or any other cosmetic-type-thing will ever be worn by her. Yet Case will make an exception to paint her nailswhenif she has any free time. Her hair is another thing she could care less about, which is why she only combs it and puts it up in the usual ponytail and bangs.
Clothing is yet another subject. Casey absolutely loves to wear anything with neon and black; a candid mix, really. However, her usual attire consists of a shirt with a collar/a v-neck something-or-other/a cardigan and jeans/dress pants. Her wardrobe is light and not really as saturated as you might think.

Personality Description:Explosively protective and violently loving.
That's really all there is to her.
Casey's motto is, "You have to hate this job. Otherwise you'll never be good at it." This is actually quite true; Brookings is a town not heavily populated, but it is certainly shady and a little dark-looking at times. This adds to the fact that Chief Spencer will almost never smile during the week. To get her to smile at least once is considered a feat by her crew of co-workers. She worked at different police departments around the country for almost five years already. All of her experiences so far have taught her that the world is rough and unfair. This blunt, rather vague truth has hardened her dramatically since the start of her career.
She does have a soft side, though. While not at all a pushover, Casey is quite smart in compromising her desires rather than be completely headstrong. Casey adores little children, and is quite good with them so long as they listen to her. Her priorities are to make sure civilians are as close to safe as possible, and that all wrongdoers on their cases are charged guilty and locked away. She also believes that what is morally right is always better than what's defined by the law. She has a tendency to know when others are lying, mainly through observation and interrogation tactics she picked up in her training.
Her strong point is making a point. Through either force or rhetoric, she usually emphasizes it with flying colors. She can intimidate the crud out of you, or beat it out until it does. Either way, it is never a good thing to be in her way.Likes:- Being intimidating

Ability:Super-de-duper Strength!
Casey's power is abnormal strength. Picture Wonder-woman in a cop outfit and there you go...just without the arm bands and the invisible aircraft and without the golden lasso. Other than that, her level of strength is disproportionate to the size of her body and muscles. She can lift a car, but nothing more than that.
Strengths: Great for pounding things. And destroying them.
Weaknesses: She isn't too fast on her feet when taking a hit at something. Power is sometimes too strong and she will end up breaking things by accident if she's not too careful.
¡H I S T O R Y!
Born in lovely California, Casey lived in a prety much peaceful household. Her mother was an undercover detective and her father was a businessman who earned the average wages and such. You can tell who influenced her into becoming the Chief of BPD.
Anyways, she was a straight-A student, was usually the strongest in all of her gym classes (even stronger than the football QB in High School). She continued her studies, excelling in English and some Forensics, but definitely classes that involved physical education. When she furned 19, her mother helped her enlist to become a full-fledged cop. Casey was taught many things about the law and morality by her mother even before she earned her badge and title, and so it was no wonder that she eventually became independent and strong enough to battle it out as the Chief of the Brookshire Police Department.
During the first few weeks of being chief, she had a brief intimacy between her and the second-best cop, Jason Floyd. It didn't last long, but they soon broke the bond and settled as good friends/co-workers. Besides that, she is still quite unaware of her ability, shrugging it off as just a human abnormality (which it isn't).
But there's also something else on her mind...
Why are people disappearing in Brookings?
