Cael is a quite outspoken. She's blunt, gets to the point quickly, stubborn beyond belief, and refuses to take no for an answer. Unless, of course, the answer is no. She likes to have fun, enjoys laughing and playing around with her brothers and sisters. She tends to get quite hyperactive, gets carried away and so caught up in the moment she tends to come out as an idiot. But, she doesn't care. She's easy-going, and lets the negative just roll off as she focuses on the positives in life.

Cael is kind and compassionate. When she feels strongly about something she makes sure that the others around her either feel the same, or hears everything she needs to get across. Sometimes her playful banter comes out as innocent flirtation, but she doesn't like having relationships, outside of her family. Hyper, crazy, happy, joyous, and comedic atmosphere tends to rub off on others, causing everyone around her to end up just as bubbly and happy as she is.

Cael has Telepathy. She can read the minds of those around her, and up to a radius of 50 feet. Makes for a lot of garbled nonsense in her head. And, in addition to that, she can understand animals as well. But only when they think, not when they bark or meow, or squeak out loud.

Caeleigh was born to an obscenely strict Finnish mother. Who is the Master of a Finnish guild of Hunters. Her mother cannot stand those with extra gifts, and has made it her life's mission to rid the world of them. She even had Cael tested when she was a young girl to see if she was "gifted". Thankfully, Cae's ability didn't show up until she was in Junior High.

When she was quite young, her mother brought a boy home, just a year or so older then her, and proclaimed him to be her newest and only real friend. Cae didn't care at the time, she was young, all she wanted was to play with her barbies and have tea parties. But, her mother quickly got the two of them started on a training regimen. And even though they had to "work" constantly and were pitted against each other, Cael and her newest friend grew extremely close.

When they were in their teens, her mother decided it was time for Cael to learn how to be an Informer, while he was sent to train more as a hunter. It was in these awkward, strange teenage years that Cael began talking to a boy at her school, [because she forced her mother to allow her to go to school] and, without her knowledge, she was being spied on by her closest friend, who felt betrayed and quickly went out to find himself a girlfriend.

Which, in turn, broke her heart.

So! When she was finally of age to travel by herself, her mother sent Cael out to Brookshire Academy to work as a spy for their Guild. And constantly checks up on her.
